    Users have full view of their upcoming jobs through the diary view, can easily access job details and location for upcoming jobs, and have quick access to completion of jobsheets and timesheets.

  • Jobsheets and Timesheets

    Jobsheets to track the work done on site, including photograph upload feature, customisable jobsheet checklists and customer sign-off, with the option to automatically update your timesheet at the same time, saving everyone wasted time duplicating data entry.

  • Labour Planner

    You are always in control of your own licensing, changing numbers and license allocation on the fly, so you can quickly add or remove new Users or Sub-Contractors.

  • Purchasing

    Purchase items and easily allocate them to either customers, jobs, or internal, including all the information you might need, and the ability to allocate the purchase as an asset for your asset register.

  • Accounts Integration

    Two way integration with Xero accounts, meaning you can continue to manage your business day-to-day in The Digital Office Cloud and save time doing the same thing twice.

  • Holiday and Absence Management

    Holiday requests and approvals managed by The Digital Office Cloud’s hierarchy system including absence tracking.

  • Mileage and Expense Claims

    Claim any personal expenses accrued including personal vehicle mileage, company vehicle mileage, or general expenses out and about with full approval and payment tracking for your management and finance team.

  • Wizards and Guidance Throughout

    The Digital Office Cloud utilises super easy to use ‘Wizards’ throughout the software that make any process as simple as possible, from adding Users, Customers, Suppliers, Jobs, through to Payment Schemes and more. We also have guidance question mark icons next to every box, explaining what it means.

  • Built-in Support

    A built in Support system can be accessed via the Support tab within The Digital Office Cloud, which gives you instant access to communicating with our support team. Support tickets and ticket history can also be accessed here.

  • Desktop Application

    Desktop application can be loaded via any web-browser.

  • Mobile Application (Android and iOS)

    Mobile applications can be installed on any phone via the Google Play or Apple App Store and are fully optimised for all devices, making The Digital Office Cloud perfect for on the road use by your remote or mobile workforce.

  • Smart Notifications
